Engaging in Mediation allows the parties to make the decisions, avoid lengthy and expensive court processes and reach agreement on parenting issues and financial matters.

3+1-hour Mediation.

We offer fixed-fee 3+1-hour Mediation sessions.

(3hours of mediation, 1 hour agreement preparation).

Section 60i Certification – included at completion of session.

Parenting Plan – included if agreement reached*

Heads of Agreement (HoA) – included if agreement reached*

* Complex Parenting Plans or HoA’s will incur an additional 1-hour preparation fee $185

6+1-hour Mediation.

Intake Session Fees payable at time of booking - non refundable for cancellations

Mediation sessions payable 50% at time of booking, balance 48 hours prior to session

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit deposit

**We understand the complexities of two disputing parties and endeavour to do our best to support your circumstances. A no-show from one-party will result in a 50% refund of the Mediation Session fee to the presenting party, less the Section 60i certificate fee if required.
